身份覆盖分母

identityCoverage = verifiedIdentityApplicableEvents / identityApplicableEvents。

• 计入：process、process+system、foreground-device 及没有明确设备级 scope 的事件。
• 不计入：device、kernel-device-trace。这些 raw 事实天然没有目标 PID，不能因此降低身份覆盖。
• 分母非空时必须为 100%；空 Session 仍失败。
• 从分母排除设备级事实不代表这些指标成为进程指标，scope 保持原样。

E4 与兼容结论

perfowl.compatibility-result/1 只在九个 Gate 全过时写 validated；任何失败写 partial + failedGates。iOS family 分开记录，未接入的设备写 not-tested。

版本历史

• v4（2026-09-05）：明确 identityApplicable 分母并引入匿名兼容 Gate；来源：CORE-15。
• v3（2026-09-04）：候选 raw auditor 与 SourcePolicy，已被本页取代。
